This trauma-sensitive guide blends mindfulness, therapy, and spirit to help you reduce anxiety, heal from trauma, and reconnect with your inner self. Together, the manual and workbook offer practical tools, guided practices, and reflective prompts to support your journey into balance, clarity, and peace. The Mindful Within Course & App are in development and will launch mid-September 2025! This interactive course brings the Manual and Workbook to life, with guided lessons, an integrated app for daily practices, and the option to join weekly group coaching sessions for deeper support. My second manual and workbook, The Awakening Manual, is in development and set to launch in mid-October 2025. This will be more than a guide—it will be a catalyst for the construction of the New Earth.
